Graduated from the University of Trieste, she obtained a PhD in Labor Law and Industrial Relations at the University of Bologna and deepens the issues of personal data protection and digital work at the University of Milan.<\/p>\n

She is currently Professor at Master in Labour organized by Il sole 24 ore and contributor at Esperto Risponde Il Sole 24 ore, Research Fellow at the Multidisciplinary Research Center Information Society Law Center (ISLC) of the \u201cCesare Beccaria\u201d Department at the University of Milan, Head and Tutor for the Regional branch of the School for Higher Education in Labor, Trade Union and Social Security Law \u201cLuca Boneschi\u201d, Vice President of the Regional Board Friuli Venezia Giulia for the Italian Labor Lawyers Association (AGI) and member of the IT Regional Commissions of the Bar Associations in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Data Protection Officer (DPO) for public bodies and medical facilities.<\/p>\n
